Returns/Exchanges
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us at bridleandbone.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
We will respond within 1-2 business days.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
For personalized items, please ensure all details are entered correctly. We are not responsible for customer input errors.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided if your request is approved.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
